How do limited edition prints work?

Each print is produced as a limited edition. The available sizes, edition numbers, and prices are listed on each product page.

Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted.

How do I purchase a print?

Each product page includes a Purchase Print button. This button will direct you to Shopier, where you can select the available size and complete your payment securely.

How do I choose the size?

Available sizes are listed on the product page. Size selection is completed through Shopier at checkout.

Are the prints signed?

Yes. Each print is signed, titled, and numbered by the artist on the recto.

Is the frame included?

No. Prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated.

What paper and ink are used?

The prints are produced on Hahnemühle William Turner fine art paper using archival pigment-based inks.

Where are the prints produced?

The prints are printed by Diagonal, Istanbul.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will ship approximately 5–10 days after the edition release has ended.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available.

If your country is not listed in the shipping options, please contact contact@mariaroza.com before placing your order.

Are customs duties and import taxes included?

No. International shipping fees do not include customs charges, import duties, or local taxes.

If applicable, these fees are the responsibility of the collector and may be assessed by the destination country upon delivery.

What happens if my print is damaged during shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact contact@mariaroza.com as soon as possible.

Please keep all original packaging materials and include clear photographs of the damage and packaging.

Can I return or refund a limited edition print?

All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for limited edition prints.

Orders may be declined or limited when necessary.

How is my personal information used?

Information provided during the order process is handled through Shopier and used for order processing, payment, shipping, and necessary communication.
